A Tribute to Philip Roth Conference
The Center for the Study of the United States in collaboration with the Fulbright Program and the Zimbalista Institute for Jewish Heritage held an entire day devoted to the life, work and influence of the American-Jewish writer Philip Roth.
Experts on Judaism and American literature analyzed the work of Philip Roth and the way in which he presented the diversity of the Jewish-American community. For the first time in Israel, the film "Philip Roth: Unmasked" was screened, telling the story of Roth's life, work and influence. A renowned Israeli theater actor Dror Keren read selected parts of Roth's works.
