Ph.D. Conflict Management and Mediation

The doctoral program is designed to train the next generation of researchers and lecturers in the fields of conflict management. It includes in-depth studies in the core areas of the program, while research collaboration with senior researchers and other research students at the school and encouraging academic publications. The research students are required to devote most of their time and energy to work the research and participate in the current academic activity held at the school.

 

Students can be admitted to the doctoral program after completing their MA either in Conflict Resolution/Conflict Management or in a related social science. The duration of the doctoral program is up to five years. Most of the students accepted into the program receive a small living stipend that allows them to devote most of their time to research. In addition, the school encourages the participation of doctoral students in international conferences and supports further studies at universities abroad.
