3. Stage two research student

After the approval of the research proposal by all relevant authorities, the student will be regarded as a Stage 2 student. Stage 2 students are expected to attend all regular academic activities taking place at the program. In addition, students are required to pass the School’s PhD Seminar (2 credits). 

 

The student will be required to submit annual progress reports, signed by the academic advisor and the AC, for the Faculty’s and School’s committees’ approval. The reports will be sent to the approval of the Faculty’s and School’s committees’.

 

The cost for stage 2 is approximately 6500 shekels for Israeli citizens and approximately 8000 shekels for foreign students. 

 

The student is required to submit his/her PhD dissertation no later than five (5) years from acceptance. Any deviation from this timeframe requires the committee’s approval. The minimal time for the submission of a dissertation is one (1) year from the approval of the research proposal.

 

The dissertation may be written in Hebrew or in English and will include an abstract in both languages that will not accede 5% of the dissertation’s length.
