Students in this advanced course will learn a set of tools and techniques that are often used in organizational conflict management. Techniques such as conflict assessment, group facilitation for effective performance and decision-making, and consensus building will be presented and experienced by the students. The theoretical basis of the course will be supplemented by experiential use of the techniques.
