Academic Calendar

The Academic Calendar is updated each year in October before the start of the new academic year. The calendar and course selections are similar from year to year and are an example of what you can expect in the next year although dates will change. 

Program daily calendar

In the Israeli system, students are expected to complete papers and assignments during the inter-semester periods; as such, please DO NOT make extensive travel plans until you have a firm understanding of the exam schedule and how much studying (including group work) you will need to do between semesters. 

Please note that exams and final assignments are assigned during the inter-semester exam periods and after the graduation ceremony.

Orientation week: October 27- November 1 2024

Beginning of academic year; first day of the fall semester: November 3 2024

Last day of the fall semester classes: February 2 2025

Inter-semester exam period/paper writing: February 3 -  March 1, 2025

Fall Assignments Due: March 1 2025

Break: March 2-15, 2025

First day of spring semester: March 16, 2025

Passover Holiday Break (campus closed): April 11 - 20, 2025

Memorial and Independence Days (campus closed): April 30-May 1, 2025

Shavuot Holiday (campus closed): June 1-2, 2025

Last day of spring semester: July 2, 2025

Mediation Workshop (mandatory): May 18, May 25, June 8, June 15, July 3-17

End of Year Ceremony: July 24, 2025

First day of summer semester: July 24, 2025

Spring assignments due: August 16, 2025

Last day of summer classes: August 20, 2025

Summer vacation (university closed): August 21 - 31, 2025
