He met with two students from the MA program in Conflict Resolution and Mediation
Israeli president Yitzhak Herzog visited Tel Aviv University to speak with international students who studied in the course on the Gaza War and October 7th attack. He met with two students from the MA program in Conflict Resolution and Mediation - Danielle Ware and David Guttman - who talked about their experiences being in Israel during this time and how the course helped them understand what happened on October 7th and the resulting war with Gaza.
The course was taught by a different lecturer each meeting and looked at the war from historical, psychological, political, legal, economic as well as Israeli and Palestinian perspectives.
